*The cost of the evaluation varies depending on the particular nuances of the evaluation, including the specific tests given, the amount of records to review, and any other factors that require additional time for Dr. Schuster. Evaluations for ADHD, ASD, SLDs, Intellectual Disabilities, or other neurodevelopmental and neurocognitive disorders will be evaluations with testing.

**In some instances, testing is not required for certain pre-employment screens or pre-operative psychological evaluations.
